From a personal perspective, as the overall client project manager responsible for the design, installation and qualification, I am pleased to have worked with a team of professionals who got it right from the beginning. T-SQUARED’s experienced leadership team has a track record of delivering strategically important, complex and technically challenging contracts for clients across vital sectors.
As a founding partner and Group Shareholder, Alan has been instrumental in building T-SQUARED group over the past 17 years. He is a Chartered Engineer with over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, working with consulting engineers, contractors and designer contractors. He is experienced in the development and delivery of a full range of mission-critical facilities and has occupied a number of senior management positions over the course of his career.
Dom joined T-SQUARED in 2014 as a Group Shareholder bringing over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. As a graduate of the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Strathclyde, he worked within Sales and Marketing for a UK FTSE 100 organisation and, more recently, held the position of Director within a design and build business, specialising in the delivery of integrated turnkey solutions. Operating within these highly regulated environments, he has helped deliver strategically important projects for blue-chip organisations in the UK and internationally across Life Sciences, Chemical, Financial, Energy and Data Centre sectors.
Craig joined T-SQUARED in 2016 as Contracts Manager and has worked closely with the management team to develop the company's construction capabilities to deliver projects up to £30m. As the business has grown Craig has progressed, rising to his current role as Construction Director, a position he has held since April 2019. Craig joined T-SQUARED's leadership team in June 2021 with overall responsibilities for Project Management and Projects Delivery across the Group companies. As a Chartered Member of the CIOB, Craig has 27 years of Project Management experience gained in the construction industry, working with large Tier 1 management contractors on projects valued over £100m. He has spent six years working exclusively in the life science and pharma sector with T-SQUARED. Craig is passionate about ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the correct quality.
Mark joined the Group as Finance Director in 2021. An Economics graduate, Mark is a Big Four-trained CA having qualified in 2008 with Deloitte, before a move to Deal Advisory with KPMG. Mark has gained considerable post qualification experience at a senior level across a range of industries including housebuilding, construction, transport and financial services. Today Mark heads up the Business Support team here at T-SQUARED with overall responsibility for Finance, HR & IT across the Group.
