Our client is a global animal health company dedicated to saving, prolonging and improving the lives of animals, both pets and farm animals. They research, develop and bring to market innovative treatments designed to meet the needs of pet owners, farmers and veterinarians.
T-SQUARED’s fully integrated design-construct-validate- maintain service transformed a redundant sterile facility into a state-of-the-art manufacturing and filling facility with two manufacturing rooms, two filling rooms and a purified water plant room.
This project houses seven process mixing vessels, from 1,000 to 10,000 litres within two manufacturing rooms, a new purified water generation plant, two CIP systems serving the vessels and distribution pipework, and a fully validated process control system.
To service the new facility, the design incorporated a new compressed air system to deliver oil-free air dry filtered air, nitrogen manifold and distribution pipework, a new ATEX- certified vacuum system and a new dust extract system.
T-SQUARED’s dedicated team of cleanroom design and installation experts ensured this project was delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
