Based at the Ninewells Hospital in Dundee, this new £26m purpose-built Pharmaceuticals ‘Specials’ Service Facility was formed by the amalgamation of Tayside Pharmaceuticals and the Pharmacy Production Unit based in NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde.
Combining innovation, commercial expansion and production, this state-of-the-art facility manufactures medicines that are not commercially available as licensed products, including a range of eye drops, injections, infusions and oral liquids.
The T-SQUARED team of design, construction and validation experts delivered its full turnkey service on this project, managing and delivering all design, procurement, construction and fit-out services throughout this state-of- the-art facility.
