    Turnaround

Founded in 1870, Sartorius is a leading international partner of life science research and the biopharmaceutical industry, supporting scientists and engineers across the globe to develop and manufacture new drugs in the treatment of diseases such as cancer and dementia.

In order to expand its presence in the UK and bolster its virus clearance research and development capabilities, Sartorius secured more than 8,500ft2 of space across two suites within Maxim-3 at Eurocentral.

The T-SQUARED team of experts worked closely with Sartorius to quickly define the project requirements and translate that into a workable design in order to fast-track the construction works.

T-SQUARED carried out a full fit-out, including all fabric, HVAC and electrical systems, including a specialist liquid nitrogen system, designed to be compliant with all relevant safety standards.

The result is a bright and spacious state-of-the art facility combining laboratory space and open offices with meeting rooms and breakout areas.

Our uniquely integrated approach reduces costs and improves timescales. By collaborating closely with Sartorius we were able to complete this essential expansion significantly faster, and more efficiently, than traditionally managed builds.
