The University of Edinburgh Institute for Regeneration and Repair (IRR) is a research institute based in two adjacent buildings, IRR North and IRR South, where scientists and clinicians study tissue regeneration and repair to advance human health and reproductive outcomes.
IRR North has trusted T-SQUARED to service and maintain their GMP facility since 2014. Comprising seven high-quality cleanrooms ranging from grade B to D, we are responsible for BMS controls, validation/filter Integrity, air flow/pressure balancing, HVAC and vacuum compressors.
As part of the planned preventative maintenance (PPM) contract, we carry out monthly inspection visits on condition and operation of all equipment as well as two majorshutdowns per year to service the equipment with a view to avoiding breakdowns. We give 24/7 support, with the skills and experience of the entire T-SQUARED group on hand, from design teams to validation consultants.
