The University of Roehampton in south-west London has a range of specialist facilities for use in teaching and research, providing an engaging portfolio of courses and offering a high-quality student experience.

T-SQUARED worked very closely with Roehampton’s Estates Department to ensure that all of the plant owned by the University was incorporated into a planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme.

From the offset, T-SQUARED supported the site five days per week allowing full verification of the clients assets.

The University is now supported by two, part-time highly skilled HVAC engineers. Our locally-based multi-disciplined mobile engineers provide a 24-hour call-out service, 365 days per year when required, with the skills and experience of the entire T-SQUARED group on hand, from design teams to validation consultants.

Particular attention is being given to the Universities close control equipment in the data centre which is seen as critical along with the student accommodation, allowing students the pleasure to study in an extremely comfortable environment.
